What types of remodeling projects do you specialize in?

Any and all forms of remodeling! Kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior work such as siding, whole-home renovations, flooring, and more.

I offer free estimates before I do any project pricing. Every single project is going to be unique to what the customer’s needs and wants are, so there is no way to price a project out without seeing it first.

Yes! I can work to help design your remodel with local companies, such as Builders, and offer my professional opinion as well. I also do custom work, such as building shelves, dressers, or other woodworking pieces. I’m open to tackling new projects and seeing if what a customer wants is something I can create for them.

Timelines are on a project-by-project basis. This is also determined by doing the free estimate and seeing what the project entails.

I do not offer financing or flexible payments at this time. All payments will be discussed with the customer, but typically, ½ payment is required upfront, and final payment is required at completion of the project.

I meet with the customer to discuss the project and then work up an estimate. I send that estimate to them customer to confirm, and we get them on my schedule. Throughout the process, we communicate as progress is made and also if any issues arise. Most homeowners remain in the home, so they can see progress in real time and discuss with me as they see anything that concerns or excites them.

Via phone calls, texts, and in person when arriving/leaving for the day.

Case-by-case scenarios. Could be a product fault or customer wear and tear. If I mess something up, I fix it as I am doing their project. If a customer is not happy with end results, I work with them to get them a final product that meets their expectations.
